Our Staff
Don Rhoads has been a member of Germantown UMC since 1989 and on staff as the Chief Administrative Officer since March 2004. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering from Grove City College in Grove City Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY. Prior to his current position, Don served as a process management consultant for BellSouth Corporation and as Vice President of Marketing for what is now Wright Medical Group in Arlington, TN. He has additional healthcare executive experience with the 3M Company and Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics. He currently serves as the president of the Mid South Chapter of the National Association of Church Business Administration and recently completed training as a prerequisite for national office in the same organization. Don and his wife, Beverly, have been married for 36 years and have two sons and daughters-in-law. Don is a Civil War buff, enjoys reading (history), travel and outdoor recreation.
