Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth.
Let your voices ring out in celebration of the majesty of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit who comforts us! We celebrate the Lord every Sunday and practice diligently to bring our best praise to the worship services.
We invite you to join us either in spirit or in lifting your voice. We want to exercise and develop the God-given musical talents of this congregation so they can be used to glorify Him .Our choirs are always open to new members who enjoy singing (or ringing bells!).
Choir Program Begins. Our Music Ministry begins its handbell choirs and youth and children’s choir programs in August and September. All graded vocal choirs begin at 5 p.m. on Sunday evenings. Testimony (grades 7-12) meets in the Music Suite and the children’s choirs rehearse in rooms located in the Grace Place Children’s Education area. Following are the starting dates for this year. Note that the dates are different for different age levels.
August 29, 5 p.m.: Second rehearsal for Testimony and Choristers
September 5: No rehearsals—Labor Day weekend
September 12, 5 p.m.: First rehearsal for Gloria (grades 2 and 3),
Alleluia (K and 1st), and Cherub (ages 3 and 4). Testimony and Choristers continue their rehearsals as well.
September 12: First rehearsal for Vespers Bell Choir (5 p.m.) and Matins Bell Choir (6:15 p.m.)
