We provide health, fitness, and recreational opportunities for the members of Germantown United Methodist Church and the surrounding community. Through our many programs and classes you will be provided with the tools and necessities needed to set and meet your goals.

GUMC Youth Basketball Season is in full swing. Come to the OLEC on Saturday and Sunday and watch your favorite teams!
New at the OLEC:
• Power Spin and Strength: A specialized class for the cyclist in you combined with other strength and conditioning components. This class will be led by personal trainer Todd Hinton and will meet in the cycling room on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m. Space is limited.
• Nite Nite Yoga: A time of exercise and relaxation for the busy man or woman. Thursdays 7:30-8:45 p.m.
• Badminton is coming to the OLEC on Thursday mornings. Details coming soon.
• 30 minute Abs Blast: Tuesdays at 10:35 a.m. beginning February 7 in the Dance Room. This class is led by Jen Boyle.
• TIME CHANGE. Monday morning Strength and Conditioning Boot Camp will move to 9 a.m. (from 9:30) beginning February 6. For more information contact Todd Hinton at 488-2845 or thinton2@comcast.net.
