Women
The organized unit of United Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
The following ministries are supported by Germantown United Methodist Women:
Church Women United, Reelfoot Rural Ministries, FirstWorks, United Methodist Neighborhood Centers, Memphis Business Academy/Voice of Harmony, Methodist Health Care Auxiliary, UNMC Miriam Day Care Center, Starfish Ministry, and Urban Haven Ministry Project.

September Celebration Luncheon. All women of the church and their guests, mark your calendar for our next Celebration Luncheon! We’ll gather Tuesday, September 14, from 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at the OLEC to kickoff our new year of study and missions. Please join us and our guest, church member William Kenley, Senior Vice President and CEO/Administrator of Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital.
