You will be asked to fill out a membership application and pay the proper fees if necessary. Your membership card will then be activated and placed at the front desk for ready access.

Yes, Germantown United Methodist Church is a member of the East Shelby Church and Recreation Association (ESCRA). The OLEC offers a wide range of recreational activities for all ages. Our staff is here to assist you with any questions or concerns. Across from the welcome desk is a list of all recreational activities we provide.

No, you do not have to be a member of GUMC to become a member of the OLEC.

We encourage all members to bring a friend for only $5 on the first visit.  If you know of someone who would like to attend classes he/she does not have to be a member of the OLEC.

The OLEC nursery is open from 9 a.m.-noon Monday through Friday. Children must be 6 months through pre-K to use the nursery. The Nursery service is available to members of GUMC and the OLEC while they are on church campus, either exercising or attending church activities. Punch cards are available in $10, $20 or $40 increments (each punch represents $1).  One hour of child care while you exercise costs $6 for the first child and an additional $2 for other siblings.  The OLEC nursery is free to church members participating in a church meeting or Bible study.
