Attorney Bryce Ashby and Professor Michael La Rosa’s recent book, “Immigration, Policy, and the People of Latin America: Seven Sending Nations,” analyzes Latin American migration to the U.S.
It provides case studies from Colombia, Cuba, Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico, and Venezuela.
The book addresses the economic and historical factors driving emigration from these countries along with the complexities of U.S. immigration laws.
